The scope is: Manufacturing Asset management Logistics Finance Sales and distribution Project to result Record to report Source to pay and Plan to perform SAP S/4HANA Solution Architect is responsible for creating and delivering a cohesive solution across multiple modules of SAP and connect non-SAP application. The candidate must have deep expertise in at-least one SAP module and working knowledge in multiple SAP modules like FI/CO, MM/WM, SD, PP etc. The candidate should be able to paint the big picture and recommend alternatives to resolve conflicts between business requirements and out of the box best practices. Key Responsibilities 1. Responsible for architecting, designing and helping to build innovative solutions around SAP S/4HANA 2. Proactive and self-motivated work ethics 3. Work with teams located across multiple geographies 4. Lead business requirements discussions with customer to Implement S/4HANA solution 5. Provide strong technical understanding of the product with the ability to discuss and demonstrate the full platform and how it may be configured to meet a customers business needs 6. Understand the SAP roadmap for S/4HANA and become a trusted advisor for the client in driving their S/4HANA adoption 7. Review project deliverables (e.g. benefits realization strategy, to-be functional requirements, enterprise structure, business process master list (BPML), business process design document to ensure they meet project objectives Technical Experience 1. Over 12+ years of overall SAP implementation and support experience 2. At least 4+ years in S/4HANA including implementation 3. 3+ years of SAP Solution Architect or Project/Integration Manager experience 4. Should be able to articulate and demonstrate S/4 functionalities 5. Knowledge of S/4HANA Best Practices and Enterprise Architecture 6. Conversant with Agile, Activate methodologies 7. Deep understanding of integration with other systems like SFDC etc, is desired 8. Must know processes and configurations in the at-least one area and working knowledge in other areas e.g. Finance, Procurement, Logistics, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management and its integration with each other 9. Experience designing and improving business process and controls with deep business process re-engineering experience 10.
