Job Title Lead Web Developer E commerce domain Location: San Ramon , CA (Day ONE ONSITE) Long Term Job Description: Should have more than 15 years of experience . Strong knowledge and exposure to the retail domain Should have implemented at least one eCommerce project end to end. Should have solid understanding on enterprise architectures and infrastructure Exposure to cloud-based solutions and SaaS solutions Should be good in TypeScript Should be good in JavaScript Should be good in Reacts Should be good in GraphQL Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills Should have managed a team of more than 10 people Should have familiarity with architectural patterns like Headless architecture, composable commerce, mircroservices etc; Should have experience with at least one eCommerce framework such as Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, HCL Commerce, Oracle Commerce, or others. Experience and Good understanding of front-end JavaScript web frameworks (like React, Angular, Ember etc.) Should have the skill to understand the customer requirements, work with the team in covering them to solutions. Implementing solutions in such a way that suit the business goals Should nurture ownership and technology for business mindset culture in each of the team members Should proactively identify problems, concerns, escalations and mitigate them at the earliest to ensure they do not become risks Should ensure revenue retention and continuation Should ensure team spirit is upheld and build a culture of one for all. All for one Should be technically adept, preferably hands on, proficient with TypeScript and React/Nextjs. Experience taking abstract requirements from Product Team/Leadership, do analysis and distill into concrete requirements and coming up with an implementation plan.
