Role Overview:
Provide day-to-day Salesforce support as required during a team members parental leave. The role focuses on day-to-day support for Salesforce CRM across three instances, not project management. Focus on processing tickets, change requests, troubleshooting, and maintaining system functionality. 

Top Skills:

3+ years of Salesforce technical experience

Holistic Salesforce technical proficiency

CPQ experience 

Strong technical skills emphasized over cultural/team fit

Experience working with offshore teams preferred

Job Qualifications:

3+ years of industry experience as a Salesforce business analyst or similar role, with a deep understanding of Salesforce functionalities and capabilities

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Knowledge of Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds

Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) 

Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) experience 

Ability to work on multiple tasks and deliver results with aggressive timelines

Able and willing to work independently and in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, with minimal supervision

Excellent interpersonal skills, as well as excellent communication skills, verbal and written to both technical and non-technical audiences that are in a geographically dispersed environment

Ability to speak and write English fluently, and can produce high quality technical documentation and analysis

Demonstrate self-motivation and the ability to grasp concepts quickly

Demonstrate sharp, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Knowledge of Agile methodologies
