In-depth knowledge of system design patterns, tiered architecture, effort estimation, and testing practices. 9. Understanding of key business processes and competitive strategies related to the IT function. 10. Work with project business and system analysts to clarify the requirements and then implement them. 11. Participate in Agile SDLC. 12. Team first attitude, character and skill matter. 5. Desired Skills 1. Blazor (or willing to learn) 2. Mud Blazor component library 3. Front End: HTML, CSS, JS 4. Dapper ORM data access 5. Azure DevOps for code repositories and boards 6. Serilog or similar logging library 7. Test Driven Development 8. Git / TFS code repository experience.
