Provide operational guidance in most complex issues. Define and communicate the vision of the Information Technology (IT) architecture strategy that supports the County's business strategies. Provide system architectural leadership and collaborate with other Bureaus/Departments. Support the framework aligning IT solutions with the needs of the County. Guide the delivery of new IT solutions. Participate in the creation and evolution of a technology roadmap that defines current technical architectures, future architectures, and the evolution of transition for all projects through a strategic lens. Manage incorporating best practices for implementing security measures to protect data when developing and implementing architectural designs, with emphasis at the network and application layers. Collaborate with other leaders and subject matter experts to build a holistic view of the organization's strategy, processes, information, and information technology assets. Oversee and direct strategic operations and execution. Provide operational guidance in most complex issues.
