Basic understanding of NoSQL technologies (Splunk, ELK, AWS DynamoDB). Experience in Reporting / Visualization tools (Tableau, Qlik, Spotfire). Hands on Linux/Unix system experience either as a systems administrator or software developer. Have a passion for problem solving and automation and a willingness to continue growing your skills in this area. Streaming/Real-Time data technologies (AWS Kinesis, Kafka, Flume). Assemble large, complex data sets that meet functional / non-functional business requirements. Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, etc Build the infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources using SQL and AWS big data technologies. Self-motivated and a self-starter.
