EAGLE Responsibilities : Position 1.Investment Performance- Sr BA Good Exposure to performance(not Business exposure), need a BA with exposure to Product implementations(eagle/BBG) and Business and Systems requirement gathering Should have prior implementation experience in Eagle Define the fund performance principles, business logic and processes with knowledge of alternative asset management products and various performance strategies (e.g., Private Equity, Infrastructure, Long/Short) Good knowledge around Investment data, data loading, exception reviews, fixes and monitoring Including structures including master-feeder, fund of one, fund of funds, closed/open-end Operational running (e.g., capital activity, investor relations) and governance Financial data and information on the alternative assets market, tools to support investment in alternatives Performance methodologies including Time Weighted and Internal Rate of Return (IIR) Portfolio accounting principles, P&L and NAV calculations, attribution methodologies, and ratios specific to the Alternatives asset class Position 2. Investment Recon -Sr BA 10 yrs. recon experience(implementation experience)-BA/DA exposure , communication skills and ability to take accountability for functional areas Should have prior implementation experience in Eagle Represent Aons Reconciliation team in conversations with other stakeholders (Aon & vendor) for the duration of the engagement Define the fund reconciliation principles, business logic and processes with knowledge of structured project infrastructure for reconciling G/L balances to business exceptions implementation of a project infrastructure for maintenance of ledger balances to exceptions processing reconciliation of exception to G/L Balances Interface with key Operations stakeholders and technology partners lead meetings with managers and other subject matter experts to define and gather requirements and overall objectives Document the account workflow from the product process / reconciliation to the General Ledger strategically mapping and maintaining the implemented General Ledger reconciliation process implementing business rules to transform, assign ownership and normalize data across multiple systems utilizing standard processes, design, and validation tools throughout project development life cycle defining and building the necessary controls to ensure reporting integrity Any other activity as directed by the Aon manager in line with the requirements for this role Position 3.Fund Accounting- Sr BA Good Exposure to Accounting, Need BA with product implementation experience in (Eagle/BBG) Represent Aons Accounting team in conversations with other stakeholders (Aon & vendor) for the duration of the engagement Define the accounting principles, business logic and processes on how to maintain general ledger for UK, Canada, and US book of businesses record and reconciling investment activity perform cash reconciliations ensure fund income and expenses, including management and performance fees, are accrued for and are in accordance with relevant accounting standards process all investor-related transactions (e.g., subscriptions, redemptions) prepare of financial statements support year-end audit and tax reporting with client and auditors Thanks & Regards S rikanth L ingala Insoursys Inc T: 972-440-2123 Email: [email protected] || www.insoursys.com Keywords: business analyst http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=206642&uid= |
