Job Description:

IVR Manager Contact center Google CCAIP & Genesys Cloud

Reviewing current call flow design and recommendation for improvements.

Creating usecases, identify enhancement opportunities and track development and deployment

Continuously monitor performance to identify and prioritize future improvements.

Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the product meets customer needs and is delivered on time.

Acting as the primary point of contact and architect for IVR channel

Works with Business and continuously refining backlog based on business needs.
