Only Local With Local DL Job Title: Wireless Network Analyst Location: San Antonio, TX/Onsite Job Type: Contract C2C Job Description:- Fulfil requests for wireless feature changes, program changes, service interruptions, cellular services, 3P access requirements, transfers of billing responsibility, porting lines to other carriers, etc. Identifies and resolves technical issues in mobile apps on both iOS and Android platforms. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve mobile app problems. Proficient in managing and configuring Intune for mobile devices management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM) solutions for Intune Company Portal Experience. Process orders for new USAA Wireless equipment including collecting mailing address and ordering/shipping the correct assets based on the employee role. Perform executive support including in-person device set ups, answer questions regarding the proper use of USAA equipment, the USAA mobile applications and the USAA Wireless programs in accordance with established USAA policies. IT Analyst will be responsible for researching and refreshing outdated devices providing an updated corporate device. Ensures to educate corporate users on the compliance settings to protect corporate data on mobile devices. Troubleshoots network connectivity and device functionality to ensure optimal customer satisfaction. Provide customer support through Service Requests/Incidents. Support and facilitate incidents towards Return to Service (RTS) Monitor and coordinate to resolve system/application issues. Support care, maintenance, and inventory of USAA wireless hardware assets. Support and maintain Knowledge Management content. Collaborate with other teams for resolve incidents. Participate in weekly wireless team meetings/level set Receive feedback and take appropriate actions to address any concerns expressed by the Wireless FTEs.
