Python Proficiency: Strong coding skills with expertise in clean, efficient, and modular code. LLMs & RAG: 2+ years of hands-on experience with recent large language models (LLMs), including ChatGPT, GPT 3.5, OPT, BLOOM, etc. Deep understanding and application of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, including embedding-based search and document retrieval. Experience developing advanced RAG platforms and pipelines for knowledge base creation and retrieval. Transformer Architectures: Experience with BERT, RoBERTa, T5, and other transformer-based models. Familiarity with conversational/semantic search, reinforcement learning, prompt engineering, and hallucination mitigation. Cloud Deployment: Senior-level experience deploying AI models in cloud environments (AWS preferred, Azure as secondary). Experience working with Anthropic's Claude 2 (hosted on AWS Bedrock) and OpenAIs GPT-4/ChatGPT (hosted on Azure). DevOps & Monorepo Experience: Experience managing multi-component systems in monorepos and contributing to centralized codebases. Proficient with version control workflows (Git), CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI). Strong debugging skills and ability to manage algorithm flow across multiple workstreams. Collaboration & Documentation: Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration. Ability to write clear, detailed technical documentation. NLP Expertise: Solid understanding of NLP techniques, including transformers, embeddings, attention mechanisms, and domain-specific language models.Nice-to-Have Skills: FANG Experience: Previous experience at Facebook, Amazon, Netflix, Google, or Microsoft. Cloud Computing: Additional experience with cloud technologies (AWS/Azure). Legal Tech: Background in legal tech or domain-specific generative AI use cases. Multilingual AI: Experience with multilingual generative AI and fine-tuning for specific languages like French.Job Responsibilities: Develop and deploy advanced AI and machine learning models for Lexis+ AI. Create next-generation AI strategies tailored for legal use cases, focusing on ethical and powerful generative AI solutions.
