Able to coordinate end to end validation with various backend systems and vendors Infrastructure PM in NYC, NY- Seeking an Infrastructure Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination and installation of technology infrastructure that will transform our employee and client experiences. The role involves the build of several NY Metro office building locations and includes the coordination and installation of voice and data hardware and infrastructure cabling. The candidate will be responsible for gathering requirements and organizing and coordinating the deployment plan of new core network infrastructure. The candidate will be leading the delivery of the project, not reporting on the project. This role is not a PMO position but rather a technical PM. The role is not a manager role and does not lead a team. This role is an individual contributor role where the ideal candidate will own the installation of project activities. This role is not a scrum master, not an SDM, not an engineer and not a network architect. The role is the leader of the event. Requirements: 10-12 years of technology project management experience Branch office build, renovations, relocations Experience with Cisco and Arista hardware and understands how to partner with vendors for installation Experience with project lifecycle of network integrations, infrastructure build, data center builds and/or corporate real estate construction projects including floor build outs and business relocations Understanding of cabling, corporate services, cable management Knowledge of network integrations Plan, coordinate, implement, and track deliverables related to the request Manage delivery across internal teams and third-party contractors/ consultants Gather technology requirements and partner with engineering and operations for high level design Identify and manage issue log Develop, track and coordinate schedule Procure hardware and manage deliveries and delays with vendors, including staging Create and Manage the Technology Change Management tickets Provide weekly status reports both internally and externally, as required Schedule UAT testers and BAU signoffs Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio, and Project Strong Excel, Sharepoint, MS project, ServiceNow Skills Skills Desired: Infrastructure project manager or Telecom project manager Bachelors Degree + Experience within financial services / consulting Network hardware knowledge: Cisco, Arista Dark Fiber, WAN, LAN Data Center Builds, Consolidations, Decommissions Branch Restacks and Renovations or office builds Network Integrations.
