Designs and reviews program requirements; creates technical requirements; and develops and implements applications for user departments. Employs industry-standard processes to test and implement secure, defect-free, high quality software applications that meet system load, system performance and system reliability requirements. Functions as a technical expert in the design, development, implementation and maintenance of computer applications for client-based business systems. Assumes responsibility for multiple projects as directed. Effectively communicates with management, project leaders and business analysts as it relates to area of assignment.
