They will be the OneStream subject matter expert for the first year and then help with the S4 transition Description: Top Skills Needed: S4 Implementation, SAP FICO, OneStream Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP FICO Consultant with expertise in OneStream and hands-on experience in implementing and configuring SAP S/4HANA solutions. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving financial transformation projects, ensuring seamless integration between financial systems, and optimizing the organizations financial operations. Key Responsibilities 1. SAP FICO Implementation and Configuration : o Lead the design, implementation, and configuration of SAP FICO modules to meet organizational requirements. o Customize General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Controlling (CO) processes. o Configure S/4HANA functionalities, including Universal Journal, Profitability Analysis, and Financial Planning. 2. OneStream Integration : o Leverage OneStream capabilities for financial consolidation, planning, and reporting. o Design and implement integration strategies between SAP and OneStream platforms. o Provide support in financial close processes and ensure data accuracy across systems. 3. Project Management : o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. o Create and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables for SAP S/4HANA and OneStream implementations. o Conduct workshops to gather and document business requirements. 4. Stakeholder Collaboration : o Partner with finance, IT, and business stakeholders to align system capabilities with business goals. o Provide training and support to end-users for SAP FICO and OneStream tools. 5. Continuous Improvement : o Identify opportunities for process optimization and system enhancements. o Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards in all financial operations. Qualifications Mandatory Skills : Extensive experience with SAP FICO module implementation and configuration. Hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA, including implementation and migration projects. Proven experience with OneStream software for financial consolidation and reporting. Strong understanding of financial and controlling processes (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO). Ability to design and document end-to-end financial processes. Preferred Skills : Knowledge of integration tools and techniques between SAP and OneStream. Experience with SAP Activate methodology and best practices. Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP). Education and Certifications : Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Masters preferred). SAP FICO and/or S/4HANA certification is highly desirable. OneStream certification is a plus. Soft Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
