Need to be strong in collaboration and communication as the program has more than 200 individuals across 20 + teams. Hands on coding experience in UI automation tests and an eye for debugging is very important, irrespective of language , tool and framework. Quality engineering skills with solid SDLC knowledge - min 3 years Experience in working in Agile/scrum teams - min 3 years Test automation - min 2 years Hands on experience in Cypress Healthcare is preferable but not a must Implement shift-left test disciplines and practices within sprint teams that align to the organizational goals as we modernize the current platform. Directly responsible for enabling and automating streamlined release and test execution reporting Build and maintain qTest and JIRA integration for all of our new automated test frameworks such as Cypress, Watchmen, Rainbow, and Chatter Leads our sprint level release practice enabling the right coverage with our evolving frameworks (Unit, Component, E2E) alongside reporting. Collaborate with Web, API testers & developers and DevOps engineers and provide constant feedback to continuously improve test strategy. Decompose user stories/requirements to identify what tests need to be created and automated across the full solution stack; business logic, contract, journey, accessibility, visual, performance. Perform testing responsibilities within the agile team including writing and executing test cases, identifying, logging, and triaging defects. Work in tandem with the developers to automate tests for the full solution stack; business logic, contract, journey, accessibility, pen, visual, and performance.
