http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=2067577&uid= From: UTTAM BARMAN, SONITALENTCORP [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Title: Meditech Clinical Lead Location: Canada or United States (100% Remote) Duration of project: 6 months+ Required visa: Any visa (Except H1B and CPT) Mode of Interview: Video End Client Name: Confidential must have Canadian implementation experience must be clinical (nurse/doctor/pharmacist/etc) This role will manage and direct one or more Clinical Working Groups from initiation to closure, including development of relevant requirements, detailed planning, system design (people, process, technology) and ensuring appropriate and complete configuration. Clinical Working Groups include: Maternity Primary Care Genetics Emergency Care Addictions & Mental Health Ancillary (Lab, Diagnostic Imaging, Pharmacy) The Working Group Lead will complete the following deliverables, working with the team: Develop Detailed Plan for the Working Group: Develop and document a plan for each assigned clinical stream and/or set of activities. Instantiate Working Group: Identify and form working group(s) including developing Terms of Reference, Identifying and involving members, scheduling, planning and facilitating meetings. Conduct Clinical Validation: Lead clinical validation sessions for each assigned clinical stream, documenting results and prioritizing items for configuration. Document/update documentation of future state workflows: Identify workflows for each assigned clinical stream. Update documentation or document future state workflows. Conduct fit-gap analyses: Conduct fit-gap analysis for reporting, policy, procedure and practice changes. Document analyses. Draft update policies and procedures with team and stakeholders. Recommend practice and reporting changes. Produce Change Request Documentation: Develop system change request documentation to support system changes for approval. Define data migration and interface needs relevant to the clinical validation: Identify and escalate and data conversion issues that arise in implementation to the Data Lead. Identity and escalate any interface issues that arise in implementation to the Interface Lead. Develop lessons learned documents: Develop with the team and share lessons learned for each stage (validation/design, configuration, testing) of the Program for the Clinical Validation Working Group(s). Report Status: Prepare and present status in the prescribed form weekly including risk and issues. Assess status at each Gateway Review and provide evidence to support the status.
