The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and delivering complex projects involving Siemens PLM solutions, .NET technologies, and cross-functional teams, while ensuring alignment with business goals, deadlines, and client requirements. Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership & Management: Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle for Siemens PLM Teamcenter and .NET-based applications, ensuring successful delivery on time and within scope. Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones; monitor progress and adjust as necessary to meet business objectives. Ensure project resources are effectively utilized, and risks are proactively identified and mitigated. Team Coordination & Collaboration: Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and successful collaboration. Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders, managing expectations and reporting on project progress. Interface with clients to gather requirements, ensure understanding of their needs, and provide regular updates on project status. Provide timely and transparent communication to stakeholders about project developments, issues, and resolutions. Technical Oversight & Quality Control: Ensure technical deliverables meet both quality standards and client requirements, with a focus on Siemens PLM Teamcenter and .NET applications. Collaborate with development teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of Teamcenter and .NET solutions. Risk Management & Problem Solving: Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, ensuring mitigation strategies are in place and implemented. Resolve conflicts and manage challenges throughout the project lifecycle to ensure on-time delivery. Required Skills and Qualifications: Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, managing software projects with a focus on .NET technologies and Siemens PLM Teamcenter. Strong experience leading remote teams and working in a fully remote environment. Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Siemens PLM Teamcenter and related PLM processes. Proficiency in managing .NET-based projects, including .NET frameworks and software development practices. Project Management Expertise: Demonstrated success in managing complex, cross-functional projects with a focus on software and PLM systems. Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project management methodologies. Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) is highly desirable. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with diverse teams across multiple time zones. Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and critical-thinking abilities. Desired Skills: Experience with Siemens PLM integrations and customizations.
