The Senior Scrum Master should be proficient in these methodologies. The key responsibilities for the Senior Scrum Master include leading and mentoring Scrum teams, supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of SAFe practices, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, fostering collaboration and communication between cross-functional teams, providing coaching and guidance to enhance agile capabilities, tracking and reporting on key performance metrics, identifying and mitigating risks, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
