Job Details :- The Tech Lead will oversee one of the companys larger and complex projects, along with several smaller initiatives. This is a leadership role with a focus on technical direction, project management, and fostering alignment among development teams. The role is still evolving, offering the opportunity to shape and mature the position as the organization continues to expand its offerings. Key Responsibilities: Lead and Influence: Guide a development team (including offshore developers) to ensure alignment on technical direction and goals. Collaboration: Work closely with a Solutions Architect and other tech leads to create a reference architecture that aligns with development practices and business objectives. Ownership of Technical Direction: Establish project specifications, set technical standards, and create processes that foster consistent software quality and system integrity. Team Guidance: Offer support to developers, solving complex technical issues, and driving the team forward on system modifications. Architecture Design: Collaborate with other tech leads to define and implement the most effective architecture to meet project goals, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and high performance. Process Improvement: Evaluate existing systems, identifying technical risks, redundancies, and opportunities for improvement, with the goal of optimizing workflows and increasing efficiency. Qualifications: 8+ years of Java Development experience: Deep understanding of core Java and frameworks like Spring/Spring Boot. Full-stack Java Development Expertise: Experience with technologies like Java, relational databases, and RESTful web services. RESTful API Development: Experience with designing and integrating APIs with external services and databases. SQL & Data Management: Strong knowledge of SQL and handling large data volumes. Enterprise-Level Application Development: Proven hands-on experience coding and building scalable applications. CI/CD Practices: Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Maven) and automated testing for unit, integration, and regression tests. Agile Methodologies: Strong understanding of Agile development practices and principles. Design Patterns & Problem Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to apply design patterns to create maintainable and scalable code. Cloud & Big Data Experience: Knowledge of AWS and experience working with Snowflake is a plus. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
