Act as a client proxy within the development process to ensure business needs are met. Document and articulate Product Requirement Specifications using user stories and epics. Maintain and prioritize the product backlog to align with business goals. Apply SAFe Agile practices, including facilitating PI Planning sessions and team demos. Lead UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and release management processes. Participate in daily Scrum meetings, planning sessions, reviews, and retrospectives. Support development teams by resolving clarifications related to PRDs (Product Requirement Documents). Understand the basics of passing parameters to APIs and interpreting responses. Document API requirements to facilitate collaboration between applications (e.g., Apollo and UFH). Experience with Swagger or similar interfaces for reviewing and interacting with APIs is a plus. Self-starter with curiosity and problem-solving abilities to work independently. Confident in presenting to clients, leadership teams, and delivery teams (Dev & QA). Capable of driving workshops and conducting stakeholder interviews. Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent collaboration and people skills. Minimum of 5 years in Product Management, with a focus on managing digital B2B solutions.
