Role: ITIL V4 Lead Location: Remote Duration: Long term Mandatory skills: Should have implemented ITIL V4 all 34 practices in at least one Engagement end to end. Job Description: Assess current ITSM processes and identify gaps; specifically has good knowledge on 34 processes as per ITIL Version 4. Develop and implement new ITSM processes adhering to ITIL standards. Collaborate with Customer stakeholders to ensure process alignment with business goals. Provide guidance and training on ITSM best practices, Monitor and report on the effectiveness of ITSM processes. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements; should have implemented ITIL V4 in at least one Engagement end to end.
