Good hands-on exposure on Integrations, Web Apis and knowledge on external systems. Good to have knowledge on other technologies e.g. APIGEE, SAML authentication, ODS, AWS etc. Good understanding on Appian groups, Process design, Security, Decision tables, Records, Reports, CDT, SAIL Components, Unit Testing etc. Good Understanding on Appian Security and Access Control Mechanism Possesses good knowledge on Appian and Database best practices, Stored procedure and views. Work with global teams, including business users, architects, technical personnel, to understand business processes and system requirements. Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical groups, both internal and external parties. Should be able to work as independent contributor or a team member without any dependencies Good knowledge on all scrum ceremonies Good exposure on Deployment, Production support activities when project Go-LIVE Good Understanding on optimizing existing Appian Applications for performance and scalability Good knowledge on troubleshooting and resolving critical application issues Qualifications Proficient with all the Appian components especially Process Model, Records, Expression Rules, SAIL Components, Web-API, Integrations and different Smart Services Experience in the financial domain is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of software Development methodologies, tools, and processes. Hands-on experience with Appian BPM tool. Familiarity with SQL, DML/DDL, Stored procedures, Views, Triggers, Index etc. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. | Competencies: | Digital : Python, Digital : Kafka, Digital : Spring Boot, Core Java, Digital : Appian BPM - Business Process Management(BPM) | Experience (Years): | 10 & Above | Essential Skills: | Proficient with all the Appian components especially Process Model, Records, Expression Rules, SAIL Components, Web-API, Integrations and different Smart Services Experience in the financial domain is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of software Development methodologies, tools, and processes. Hands-on experience with Appian BPM tool.
