USC ONLY Position: SAP HR/HCM Consultant Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid) Employment: Contract Role Job Description: We are seeking an experienced SAP HR/HCM Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Human Resources and SAP HCM modules, including configuration, implementation, and support. You will work closely with business stakeholders to identify HR requirements, configure SAP systems, and provide end-user training and support. Responsibilities: Implement, configure, and customize SAP HR/HCM modules (Employee Management, Payroll, Time Management, Personnel Administration). Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze requirements for HR processes. Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting. Conduct end-user training and create user manuals. Ensure data integrity and compliance with local regulations. Work on system upgrades and process optimizations. Requirements: Proven experience with SAP HR/HCM modules. Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices. Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. SAP certification is a plus.
