This role involves organizing data from ServiceNow, generating reports, and analyzing monthly tickets to ensure SLA compliance. Key Responsibilities: Analyze data from ServiceNow to assess SLA compliance and identify common themes from generated tickets. Create and present performance measures to senior leadership, enabling understanding of process performance and progress against targets. Drive process optimization and efficiency in alignment with organizational goals. Interact with Governance Service Owners, Service Delivery Managers, Contract Managers, and Financial Analysts.
