Access Management Engineer Minneapolis, MN Direct or 6+ Month CTH RBC Wealth Management - Client *candidates must complete a background check upon offer* Job Description: The Senior Technical Systems Analyst is responsible for conducting access request fulfillment, access change management, and other access management related projects & Initiatives. This role partners with RBC Internal IAM Access Request Provisioning Senior Analyst \\ Manager and support Team. Access Request Fulfillment (80%): Use pre-defined procedures to submit and process requests for user access and permissions; ensure timely execution and closure of access requests. Investigate urgent issues and escalate requests accordingly ensuring a valid business reason is provided. Log work activities in Service Manager and store all email communication in Outlook work folders in a logical, orderly manner that is easily accessible by all team members for the purpose of historical or audit investigation. Relationship & Communication Management (10%): Provide transparency and collaborate between internal teams to ensure client firms receive excellent service. Project Activities & Continuous Improvement (5%): Identify, introduce, and implement opportunities to streamline processes. Participate in meetings with support partners and projects related to changes / improvements to procedures and manage the knowledge base accordingly. Subject Matter Expert (5%) - Serve as a Clearing & Custody subject matter expert for our clients and internal partners. What do you need to succeed Must-have Bachelors degree is required, preferably with a concentration in a computer science or a related technical field. 3+ years of experience within a technical role with sound knowledge of access management best practices. Attention to detail and high degree of accuracy Strong sense of urgency and the ability to shift tasks in high pressure environment Nice-to-have ITIL v3: Foundations, Operational Support & Analysis Technical Certification in an IT area 2+ years of experience in financial services industry, preferably within clearing and custody.
