Should have experience in Oil and Gas industry Qualifications & Experience: Industry & Domain Expertise: o 10+ years of experience with SAP solutions, with a strong focus on S/4HANA RISE Private Cloud. o Extensive background in downstream oil & gas operations, commodity trading, supply chain, and distribution management. o Proven track record of delivering SAP transformations in complex, global environments with thin margins and specialized business models. Technical & Functional Proficiency: o Deep understanding of S/4HANA RISE private edition architecture, integration, and optimization. o Familiarity with integrated oil & gas solutions, including hydrocarbon management, commodity pricing, and secondary distribution. o Knowledge of adjacent cloud solutions (Sales/Service/Commerce), identity and access management, tax integration (e.g., Avalara), and digital banking. Analytical & Communication Skills: o Ability to simplify complex concepts for stakeholders unfamiliar with ERP systems, ensuring buy-in and comprehension at all organizational levels. o Strong problem-solving capabilities, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on solution design and configuration where necessary. Change Management & Leadership: o Excellent leadership and team collaboration skills, with the ability to guide cross-functional teams through early-stage blueprinting and iterative development. o Proven ability to handle ambiguity and move the organization toward structured, scalable solutions.
