Write unit test plans, perform test runs, research and resolve production problems, perform business and technical analysis, and manage system migrations. FACS Project/Release Activities: Serve as technical lead on projects, interact regularly with the Navient technical team and business unit. FACS Production Support and Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for FACS software. FACS Mentoring: Mentor and transfer knowledge to Navient Programmer/Analysts. REQUIREMENTS: Extensive experience with FACS software. Strong skills in system analysis, design, coding, debugging, testing, and documentation. Ability to write unit test plans and perform test runs. Proficiency in resolving production problems and performing system migrations. Experience in business and technical analysis. Leadership skills to serve as a technical lead on projects. Excellent communication skills for interacting with technical teams and business units. Mentoring experience to guide and support other programmers/analysts.
