Job Description - Job Title: Cisco ICM Developer Location: Michigan Detroit Remote (Local Candidates Only) Duration: 6 Months JOB DESCRIPTION Our amazing client is looking for a Cisco ICM (Intelligent Contact Management) Developer for exciting long term projects with a great team. This team is working Hybrid in Detroit, Michigan at least twice a week. Initial duration is 1 year assignment. Cisco ICM (Intelligent Contact Management) Developer and Design: Development resource with ability to plan, develop, test and implement Cisco ACD/IVR (UCCE) solutions that improve business efficiency and productivity as well as support business strategies and goals Identify and communicate business needs and translate business requirements into technical system and functional specifications Support one or more highly complex or critical business processes/systems and may require design or integration of technical solutions that may cross multiple functions of the business Project team member for projects large in scope and high complexity; may be enterprise wide QUALIFICATIONS: Top 3 Required Skills/Experience: Cisco UCCE (ICM) Cisco Finesse Advanced SQL Required Skills/Experience: eGain Analytics Five (5) years of relevant system solution development, testing and implementation work experience required Preferred Skills/Experience: eGain Analytics CRM Integrations Cyara Testing Tool Verint Workforce Optimization Suite Education/Certifications Include: Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise Advanced SQL Bachelors degree in related field preferred Keywords: Cisco ICM Developer arbab@vizoninc.com https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=2069430 |
