Job Description | Employment Type | Contract | Rate/Salary | $75/hr in C2C | Job Location | Atlanta or Charlotte(Onsite) | IBM | Job Title: IBM InfoSphere CDC Consultant Job Description: We are seeking an experienced IBM InfoSphere CDC Consultant for a critical project with our client in the banking sector. The consultant will play a key role in the implementation and management of database replication processes using IBM InfoSphere Data Replication (IIDR), and will focus on Change Data Capture (CDC) methodologies. Key Responsibilities: IBM InfoSphere Data Replication (IIDR): Expertise in configuring and managing database replication solutions using IBM InfoSphere Data Replication (IIDR). Change Data Capture (CDC): Extensive hands-on experience in implementing and managing Change Data Capture (CDC) strategies to ensure real-time data synchronization and replication. Red Hat OpenShift: Proficiency in working with Red Hat OpenShift, including deploying, scaling, and managing applications within the OpenShift platform. Kafka: Knowledge of Kafka is a plus, with the ability to integrate and manage Kafka for event streaming and real-time data processing as part of the CDC and replication solutions. Skills and Experience Required: Strong expertise in IBM InfoSphere Data Replication (IIDR) and CDC techniques. Hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift, including working on deploying and scaling containerized applications. Familiarity with Kafka and how it integrates into data replication and event-driven architectures. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
