The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of retail ERP systems and integrations, particularly AS400, BY MMS, and Manhattan WMS, and will serve as a bridge between stakeholders, IT, and the implementation team. Essential Requirements and Qualifications: Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, pain points, and areas for improvement Demonstrate a strong understanding of AS400, BY MMS, and Manhattan WMS systems and their functionalities. Analyze and document end-to-end retail ERP integration processes, ensuring all requirements are clearly defined. Testing: Review test cycles, test plans and need to write the test cases. Provide informed and actionable input for "go" or "no-go" decisions for software releases. Identify and resolve system and integration issues during the testing phase and need to write the test cases/test scenarios and need to execute them. Training and Documentation: Evaluate training materials, user guides, and instructional videos to ensure their relevance and usability for end-users and IT teams. Collaborate with teams to create clear and comprehensive documentation for system workflows, configurations, and troubleshooting. Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary point of contact for business units during the ERP implementation Ensure all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle. System Expertise: Leverage expertise in AS400, BY MMS, and Manhattan WMS to guide system design, testing, and deployment. Ensure seamless integration and alignment with existing retail systems and processes. Qualifications: Proven experience in retail ERP system implementation and integration, with specific expertise in AS400, BY MMS, and Manhattan WMS. Strong understanding of end-to-end retail operations and processes. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and training delivery capabilities. Proficiency in test planning, writing the test cases, executing the test cases and system validation.
