The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server/Cloud, and Tableau Prep, along with exceptional skills in SQL and data analysis. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders to analyze complex data sets, develop actionable insights, and deliver customized visualizations to meet client needs. This is a hybrid role based in Irving, TX, requiring on-site work 3 days a week and remote work for 2 days. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement Tableau dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support data-driven decision-making. Collaborate with internal teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective data solutions. Use strong SQL skills to extract, transform, and analyze data from various sources. Maintain expertise in healthcare analytics and data warehousing best practices to drive innovation. Communicate findings, methodologies, and recommendations through written and visual formats to both technical and non-technical audiences. Assist with client meetings, including on-site or teleconferenced presentations, as needed. Required Qualifications: 8+ years of relevant experience in analytics or a related field. Proficiency in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server/Cloud, and Tableau Prep. Advanced SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and analysis. Experience connecting Tableau to diverse data sources and ensuring scalability of dashboards. Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and business intelligence best practices. Proven track record of working in healthcare analytics or closely related domains. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with large-scale datasets (terabytes or more) for advanced data analysis. Familiarity with statistical tools such as SAS, STATA, SPSS, or R. Advanced Microsoft Excel modeling skills. Knowledge of healthcare or pharmaceutical industries is highly preferred Thanks and Regards.
