WMS, WES, etc. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analyst and Visualization Resource with a strong background in supply chain and warehousing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of extracting meaningful insights from complex datasets, creating actionable visualizations, and working with data tools like Power BI and Snowflake. This role is integral to our data-driven decision-making process and will contribute to optimizing our supply chain and warehousing operations. Job Responsibilities Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data from various sources, including supply chain and warehousing databases. Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support decision-making. Develop and maintain data pipelines to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Visualization: Create interactive and informative dashboards and reports using Power BI. Design and develop data visualizations that enable stakeholders to easily understand complex data. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements for visualization projects. Supply Chain and Warehousing Expertise: Utilize domain knowledge in supply chain and warehousing to provide actionable insights. Identify areas for process improvement and optimization within the supply chain. Monitor inventory levels, demand, and order fulfillment to support strategic planning. Data Tools and Technologies: Proficiently work with data-related tools and technologies, including Snowflake, ETL processes, and SQL queries. Stay up-to-date with emerging data analytics and visualization tools and techniques. Communication and Collaboration: Communicate findings and insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders. Collaborate with teams across the organization to integrate data-driven solutions into business processes. Required Skills and Expertise Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Master's preferred). 5+ years of experience in WMS & Warehouse Automation (WES/WCS) - Preference for operational experience using automation equipment (ASRS, loop sorters, conveyor, etc.) Warehouse Management Experience Leading a team and providing requirements to junior developers Proven experience in data analysis, visualization, and data-driven decision-making. Strong understanding of supply chain and warehousing processes including Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI. Experience working with Snowflake or similar data warehousing platforms. Advanced knowledge of SQL and ETL processes. Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment. Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus. Preferred Skills and Expertise Experience with Jira Experience with Salesforce as a preferred skill Thanks & Regards...
