Lead the evaluation of external partners for specialized learning technology services. Manage relationships with external vendors and third-party service providers, ensuring that any outsourced technology solutions meet quality and performance standards. Document architecture decisions and processes in a easy to understand manner. Ensure that learning solutions comply with Citizens Cyber policies, standards, and patterns. Lead the integration of various learning technologies, ensuring seamless interoperability between systems. Requirements:2 Role: Oracle Integration Engineer Location: Johnston RI / Phoenix AZ (Hybrid) Duration: Long term Contract Job Description: Create integrations within Oracles SaaS service OIC to transmit data from one data source to another and also leverage pre-built API connectors. SQL queries to pull relevant data points from AWS Data Lake or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Work closely with business managers, technical managers and the solution architect to deliver innovative learning solutions that meet user needs and business requirements. Ensure smooth data exchange between the LMS and third-party systems, such as Oracle HCM, Saba, Fuel50, etc. through API and batch files. Conduct debugging and troubleshooting to identify and resolve software defects or issues reported during QA testing. Write SQL queries to pull relevant data points from central data sources such as AWS Data Lake or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. Create integrations within Oracles SaaS service OIC to transmit data from one data source to another, as well as leverage pre-built API connectors where applicable. Ensure smooth deployment of new features, bug fixes, and patches with minimal disruption to users. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and industry standards.
