EPT is a global payments team which provides a wide range of financial platforms and services. This position is for Digital Transfers Techni=ology Team for supporting core payment business technology functions for Zelle, ACH, Wires and Transfers. Partners with Product Owners, Program and Project Managers and SMEs to review and maintain program JIRA deliverable/epic/story data integrity. Typically requires 5+ years of applicable experience. Required Skills Primary Skill - Tableau Secondary Skill - Project Management Tertiary Skill- Agile tools (Jira) Manage program tracking and performance reporting, build dashboards and reports that communicate key metrics to stakeholders and enhance project visibility. Interpret data trends, develop /track metrics, and provide actionable recommendations to program stakeholders.
