This on-site role requires candidates to be local to the Princeton, NJ area. Key Responsibilities: Tier 2/3 escalation support for Tier 1 help desk staff. Troubleshoot network/wireless issues, including Aruba and Cisco Systems. Manage BGP configuration, Global Protect VPN troubleshooting, and RMAs. Collaborate with vendor TAC and document resolutions. Qualifications: 3-5 years experience with Aruba and Cisco networking. Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience. Bonus: Palo Alto firewalls, CCNA/CCNP, ClearPass, and Airwave.
