Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cloud Architect to design, develop, and manage cloud infrastructure solutions, with a specific focus on Google Cloud Platform (GCE). This role requires expertise in system design, cloud infrastructure, automation, databases, and security to deliver robust, scalable, and secure solutions. The ideal candidate will also have experience integrating cloud modules with SDLC pipelines and ensuring production-grade readiness through documentation and testing. Key Responsibilities System Design and Architecture Develop comprehensive system designs for cloud-based solutions, emphasizing scalability, reliability, and performance. Architect and design solutions for GCE infrastructure, identifying dependent components and integration requirements. Cloud Infrastructure Management Design, build, and manage cloud infrastructure components using best practices. Create and package custom Windows and Linux images to meet project and operational needs. Automation and Deployment Develop and test Terraform modules for automated infrastructure provisioning. Integrate GCE solutions into SDLC pipelines, ensuring seamless and automated deployments. Publish deployment artifacts for reliable and repeatable release processes. Database Design and Management Work with databases (relational and non-relational) to design and implement scalable data storage solutions. Optimize database performance and ensure integration with cloud infrastructure. Security and Compliance Address security findings, including threat tickets and controls, ensuring adherence to industry standards. Conduct assurance activities for RFIs and RFPs, creating documentation for production readiness. Documentation and Support Create detailed documentation for architecture, integrations, deployment, and security processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide technical guidance and resolve challenges.
