Local to IL as per DL Machine Learning Developer Location: AbbVie Pharmaceuticals (In-office 2-3 days per week) IL Contract Duration: Long Term Deadline for Submission: 1 PM EST Video Interview LinkedIn profile Required Overview: We are looking for a skilled and motivated Machine Learning Developer to join the team at AbbVie Pharmaceuticals. In this role, you will be responsible for the development, training, and deployment of vision models in production environments. You will collaborate with a talented cross-functional team to design and implement machine learning solutions that address complex challenges and elevate our capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and train vision models to meet specific business objectives. Deploy machine learning models to production environments with efficiency and reliability. Ensure scalability, robustness, and performance in model deployment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions. Integrate machine learning models with existing systems and develop APIs for model consumption. Implement CI/CD pipelines to automate model training, testing, and deployment. Monitor and optimize the performance of deployed models to meet expected benchmarks. Document processes, results, and learnings to support knowledge sharing and future iterations. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying machine learning models. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras). Strong understanding of computer vision techniques and tools. Experience with MLOps practices (CI/CD, automated model testing, and monitoring). Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Excellent communication skills for conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
