Ability to develop training materials and conduct end-user training sessions Skills Matrix - Skill Required / Desired Amount of Experience Exp w/Business Intelligence/Data analysis reporting tools (Microsoft Power BI) Required 5 Years Consolidate, interpret and present data in reports/dashboards for Executive, Team Leads and Individual End Users focused on Acquisition/Financial data Required 5 Years Knowledge of SQL Databases like MS SQL Server and complex SQL Query Creation Required 5 Years Experience with Agile and SCRUM processes and methodologies. Required 5 Years Experience in gathering requirements from the clients. Required 5 Years Exp within the Health Care (Behavioral) industry is a BIG plus.
