The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling modules and experience in implementing and supporting SAP solutions across various business processes.Key Responsibilities: SAP FICO Module Expertise: Configure and customize SAP FICO modules to meet business requirements. Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions. Implementation and Integration: Participate in the full lifecycle of SAP FICO implementations, including system configuration, testing, go-live, and support. Support and Maintenance: Provide post-go-live support, troubleshoot issues, and implement system upgrades as needed. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other SAP modules (SD, MM, PP, etc.) to ensure seamless integration and data flow. Documentation: Create and maintain documentation, including functional specifications, system configurations, and test scripts. User Training: Provide training and support to end-users and business teams.Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field. Minimum 8+ years of SAP FICO experience, including implementation and support. Proficiency in key FICO components such as GL, AP, AR, AA, and COPA. Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance (preferred). Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements. Hands-on experience with integration between SAP FICO and other SAP modules. Expertise in configuration, reporting, and user exits. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Preferred Skills: Knowledge of SAP Treasury and Risk Management (TRM). Experience with Taxation (Vertex/Sabrix) and Bank Communication Management (BCM). Project management or team lead experience. Certification in SAP FICO or S/4HANA Finance is a plus.
