This is hybrid 3x per week starting DAY 1! Job Description Database Design & Development: Design, develop, and maintain efficient Oracle databases, ensuring optimal performance and scalability. Write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and triggers to support data processing and reporting needs. Collaborate with other teams to understand data requirements and ensure database structures align with business needs. Cloud Integration (Azure, GCP, AWS): Leverage cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) for database migration, management, and optimization. Work with cloud-native tools to monitor and ensure database performance in a cloud environment. Implement cloud-based data solutions, including integrating Oracle databases with cloud-based storage and computing resources. Financial Industry Expertise: Apply industry knowledge of financial systems and practices to optimize data flows, reporting, and database architecture for financial applications. Support the development of financial reports, dashboards, and analytics with a focus on compliance, security, and data integrity. Technical Skills: Expert knowledge of Oracle Database technologies (Oracle 12c/19c, PL/SQL, SQL, etc.). Experience with data warehousing tools, including ETL frameworks and reporting solutions (Informatica, ODI, etc.). Proficiency with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP, specifically in relation to database deployment, management, and optimization. Strong understanding of cloud-based storage and compute services (e.g., Azure SQL Database, Amazon RDS, Google Cloud SQL). Knowledge of database performance tuning, indexing, and query optimization. Experience in data modeling, schema design, and large-scale data architecture.
