This position collaborates with various stakeholders to define requirements, assess technologies, and develop solutions. Acting as an internal consultant, the Analyst provides business process expertise and technical guidance on complex projects. Responsibilities: Produce functional requirements and oversee end-to-end database development for SiriusXM's Marketing Product. Document processes and mentor staff through the software development lifecycle. Lead the collection and analysis of business requirements for large projects. Participate in new product reviews, tests, and pilots with IT members and stakeholders. Perform feasibility studies, translate requirements into appropriate designs, and identify integration issues. Foster and maintain relationships with customers and IT colleagues to meet service levels. Work with EDO Architecture and Innovations group to craft solutions for data integration and business layer. Analyze new data sources for integration into SiriusXM's Marketing solution. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and implement proper incident management procedures. Qualifications: Minimum 8 years of experience in writing functional requirements, with data warehouse experience required. Bachelor/Associate degree in computer science, information systems, or related field, or equivalent experience. Strong public speaking and presentation skills. Interpersonal skills to interact with staff at all levels. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Attention to detail and organizational skills. Commitment to customer service principles and project follow-through. Creative writing ability and time management skills. Must have the legal right to work in the U.S. At least 2 years of experience in writing SQL. Experience with Teradata, Oracle, SQL Server, or similar database platform for at least 2 years. Knowledge of cloud technology (S3, Redshift, etc.) preferred. Proficiency in Confluence and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience implementing Agile development best practices.
