The ideal candidate will collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments to streamline HR operations, maintain compliance, and ensure data accuracy and integration across systems. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: HRIS Administration and Data Management Configure, maintain, and optimize HRIS functionalities, including employee records, time tracking, payroll, and benefits management. Manage and track employee status changes (e.g., onboarding, transfers, terminations, leaves of absence). Ensure seamless data integration across platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Kronos, Applicant Pro). Monitor and maintain compliance with statutory regulations,including OFCCP reporting and payroll tax updates. Track and manage contractor details, including agreements, work authorizations, and spend by project. Workflow and Process Automation Develop and implement automated workflows for HR processes,including hiring, onboarding, separation, and benefit enrollments. Create system-based grievance, disciplinary, and appraisal workflows with proper record-keeping. Configure job requisition and approval workflows tied to SuccessFactors and Applicant Pro. Reporting and Analytics Generate reports and dashboards for employee headcount, compliance training, certifications, emergency contacts, and compensation. Provide managers with access to self-service analytics, including team calendars, time and attendance, and performance metrics. Develop Total Rewards statements and forecast organizational compensation plans. Payroll and Benefits Integration Configure payroll systems to handle diverse pay types, deductions, and benefits calculations. Ensure seamless payroll posting from SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll to SAP S/4HANA. Integrate data with benefits providers and maintain a single view of benefits for employees. System Enhancements and Training Standardize job titles and roles across the organization and align them with SAP structures. Convert HR paper documents to electronic formats and attach them toemployee records. Train employees and managers on corporate policies and the use of self-service HRIS functionalities. ________________________________________ Qualifications: Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience with HRIS platforms, preferably SAP SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA. Strong knowledge of HR processes, payroll systems, and benefits administration. Technical Skills Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Payroll, Learning Management System). Experience with system integrations, including Applicant Pro, Kronos, and other third-party platforms. Strong understanding of compliance reporting and statutory regulations. Soft Skills Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate across departments.
