Works with PMO, security, architectural and quality assurance teams to ensure that the established system standards, procedures, and quality objectives are achieved Drives project kick-off activities; internal meetings, statement of work creation, project plan documentation for top-tier, high profile customers. Prepares and manages schedules, risks, issues, and interdependencies with understanding of on premise and cloud technologies. Develops time and cost estimates, project plans/schedules, and budgets. During execution, monitors performance and reports to management project status and pertinent issues, including major milestones and potential project risks. Provides continuing direction to the project team, conducts status meetings, assesses proposed changes in scope, and recommends courses of action to project sponsors during the execution phase. Oversees and controls ongoing costs, schedules, resources, scope, and risks. Assesses project variances, gathers metrics, and develops and implements changes as necessary to ensure that the project remains within specified scope and is within time, cost, and quality objectives Briefs and presents project status to Agency and State level executives Develops and maintains a productive working relationship with project sponsors, vendors, and key clients Near the end of the project, uses the product verification process to make sure that the project has delivered what the client expected and performs a lesson learned for all projects. Minimum Qualifications Technical experience with premise to cloud system migrations Knowledge of application maintenance and support of cloud environments PMP certification from PMI or equivalent Project Management certification Bachelors degree in related field 10 years' experience leading server-based application and software development/enhancement projects of moderate to high complexity Led/coordinated projects on a multi-vendor environment within the last 5 years Executive level written and oral communication skills Expert level skills in the use of MS 0365 Suite (MS Project, MS Visio, MS Teams) Preferred Qualifications Managed two or more private Data Center to AWS Cloud system migrations Knowledge of government procurement and administrative procedures Masters degree and/or specialized training in related field Experience with public sector Health and Human Services Technology Understanding of outsourced Government Enterprise operations Skill Required / Desired Amount of Experience Technical experience with premise to cloud system migrations Required 3 Years Knowledge of application maintenance and support of cloud environments Required 5 Years PMP certification from PMI or equivalent Project Management certification Required 5 Years Bachelors degree in related field Required 10 years' experience leading server-based application and software development/enhancement projects of moderate to high complexity Required 10 Years Led/coordinated projects on a multi-vendor environment within the last 5 years Required 5 Years Executive level written and oral communication skills Required 5 Years Expert level skills in the use of MS 0365 Suite (MS Project, MS Visio, MS Teams) Required 5 Years Managed two or more private Data Center to AWS Cloud system migrations Required 5 Years Knowledge of government procurement and administrative procedures Required 5 Years Masters degree and/or specialized training in related field Required 5 Years Experience with public sector Health and Human Services Technology Required 5 Years Question 6 The selected candidate will be expected to start their engagement no later than 2 weeks (10 business days) from the clients selection date.
