Please give me a call back at Mobile : 609-333-9000 EX: 64 or you can E-Mail me at [email protected] Title: SAP PS IM MM Supply Chain Architect Location: Santa Clara, CA - Remote and possible 25% travel Duration: 24 Months Job Description: Develop and implement SAP Project Systems (PS) solutions that are aligned with business objectives, ensuring robust and efficient project management functionality. Design a comprehensive system architecture that integrates seamlessly with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, PP, FI/CO) to support end-to-end business processes, improving system efficiency and data consistency. Configure and optimize sub-contracting and sourcing processes within SAP PS and MM modules to enhance project execution, cost management, and resource utilization. Analyze, streamline, and improve end-to-end procurement processes for project-related sourcing activities, ensuring smooth workflows and increased procurement efficiency. Set up, configure, and customize the SAP PS module to meet specific business needs while ensuring adherence to industry best practices in project systems and procurement. Oversee the integration of Project Systems with other SAP modules and external systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality across the entire supply chain and project management processes. Provide end-user training, detailed documentation, and ongoing system support. Stay updated with SAP system enhancements, and regularly review and improve the implemented processes. Requirements: Strong experience as an SAP Project Systems Architect, with in-depth knowledge of SAP system design, architecture, and implementation within project management environments. Expertise in configuring and customizing SAP PS and MM modules, particularly in sub-contracting, sourcing strategies, procurement, and integration with other project management solutions. Strong analytical skills to assess and optimize procurement processes, including implementing approval workflows, purchase requisitions, and orders to enhance business operations. Extensive experience with Goods Receipt/Goods Issue processes, serialization, and managing sub-contracting tasks within SAP. Proven experience in leading SAP implementation/upgrade projects, managing timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure project success. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively between business users, technical teams, and management, ensuring alignment with business goals and project success.
