The candidate will contribute to designing and developing AB tests using Adobe Target and Angular, supporting key testing initiatives and long-term business features for SiriusXMs digital properties. Responsibilities: Build and maintain scalable AB testing prototypes using Angular 7+, Adobe Target, and Microservices. Stay updated with web programming developments, coach team members on technology concepts, and evangelize best practices. Optimize, monitor, and test designs continuously. Collaborate with UX Designers, Product Managers, and Software Engineers to deliver user-facing tests. Coordinate with the QA team to ensure rapid tests meet quality standards. Contribute to AB Testing architecture and establish best practices. Maintain high standards across design and development work. Qualifications: 8 years of coding experience, focusing on JavaScript/CSS/HTML/AngularJS/Angular2+/React. 2 years of experience with testing frameworks such as Adobe Target, Maxymiser, or related AB testing tools. Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field. Experience in a senior role building complex customer-facing AB tests. Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration at all levels. Ability to coach team members on technology concepts and design principles. Adaptability and creativity in problem-solving. Ownership mindset towards code and product delivery. Commitment to internal client and customer service principles. Excellent time management in a fast-paced environment. Legal right to work in the U.S. Technical Skills: 8+ years of experience in architecting and developing high-volume modern web applications. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
