The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, leveraging their expertise in Summit to drive system optimization, improve workflows, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Roles & Responsibilities: 5-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 1 2 years working with Summit. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Translate business needs into functional specifications for Summit system enhancements. Hands-on experience with Summit, including modules such as trading, risk, or back-office operations. Strong understanding of Summit architecture and customization capabilities. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities. Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills. Bachelor s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
