Process Mapping: Develop detailed process maps to illustrate current and proposed workflows. Implementation Support: Assist in the implementation of approved solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Training and Documentation: Develop training materials and conduct sessions to ensure effective user adoption of new processes. Qualifications : Educational Background: Bachelors degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, solution architect with a focus on Professional Services Automation Mavenlink Expertise: Proven experience in implementing and optimizing Mavenlink PSA solution and its integrations to various platforms like CRM and ERP Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with process mapping tools and methodologies. Project Management: Some level of experience in managing projects and dealing cross functional teams Preferred Qualifications : Certification in Business Analysis or related fields.
