Serve as a project champion, embracing and articulating project goals, objectives, and outcomes for projects such as cloud technologies, infrastructure modernization, cybersecurity, digitization, enterprise-wide applications, and managed partnerships. Lead project teams to drive results and successes; Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities. Manage the entire project life cycle from discovery through lessons learned. Facilitate team/stakeholder interactions, meetings, and communications. Collaborate with project resources, including procurement and vendors, to ensure project health. Ensure team cohesion and provide necessary guidance. Understand, monitor, and report on project tasks, milestones, and deliverables. Document and report on project management activities. Guide project teams in defining requirements or stories/sprints/backlogs. Experience drafting and submitting budget proposals and recommending subsequent budget changes. Balance priorities among multiple projects/subprojects. Plan, budget, monitor, and report on the project using project management tools. Present stakeholder reports on progress, problems, and solutions. Report on project success criteria results, metrics, test, and deployment management activities. Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment, demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence. Define the Statement of Work and Specifications for requested goods and services. Proactive Orientation Strong ability to identify and resolve risks/issues/changes. Knowledge Areas PM methodologies (i.e., Waterfall, Lean, Kanban, Agile, hybrid) Qualifications 3+ years in a project management or similar role utilizing PM processes/protocols. 1+ years of previous experience with gathering requirements from the client/business and documentation. Bachelor's degree required. PMP Certification required. Background Check 7-year background check. Work Location Mostly remote but it is encouraged/optional to come into the office once a week on Tuesdays.
