Gather requirements and design the solutions. Develop solutions using technologies mentioned. Strong Object Oriented Programming skills Proficiency with Python, JavaScript, SQL and REST APIs Prior experience of working with platforms and knowing where to configure vs where to code is a plus Prior SAP CPQ experience is a must Can use Eclipse IDE, GIT, Maven, Ant and Jenkins or equivalent or work with those that do Knowledge of agile methodologies and ceremonies Perform simple and complex configurations on the SAP CPQ platform Write iron python code to automate complex business logic on the SAP CPQ platform Create technical solution designs for various use cases that are a combination of SAP CPQ configurations and Iron Python scripting Write test scripts, perform unit tests and performing peer review Perform advanced administration activities such as managing Integrations, user permissions, data setup and data migration Write Iron Python scripts to alter quote statuses, change workflow stages, update field values, update quote item custom fields, update quote table values, query custom tables etc.,. Work with extended teams to manage systems and infrastructure required for ongoing development and releases Collaborate with other system owners to integrate SAP CPQ with other systems via out of the box REST APIs and custom end points Get trained and adhere to the ServiceNow devops process Job summary : We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in SAP CPQ Integration, SAP CPQ Configuration, CSS, API, Python, and HTML. This hybrid role requires a candidate who can manage projects efficiently and effectively, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. The position does not require travel and operates during day shifts. Required Skills : ,HTML,CSS,Python,API,SAP CPQ Configuration,SAP CPQ Integration Responsibilities : Lead the planning and implementation of SAP CPQ Integration and Configuration projects. Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful completion. Provide technical expertise in CSS, API, Python, and HTML to support project requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements. Develop detailed project plans, including scope, budget, and schedule. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely delivery. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle. Facilitate project meetings and provide regular updates to team members and stakeholders. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project success. Foster a collaborative and productive team environment to achieve project goals. Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track and report on project performance. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes. Qualifications Possess strong technical skills in SAP CPQ Integration and Configuration. Have experience with CSS, API, Python, and HTML to support technical project requirements. Demonstrate excellent project management and organizational skills. Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams. Show ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. Have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Display a proactive approach to problem-solving and risk management. Hold a relevant certification in project management, such as PMP or PRINCE2 . - Be adaptable to changing project requirements and able to work in a hybrid work model. Show commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Demonstrate a strong understanding of business processes and technical requirements. Possess a keen eye for detail and a focus on quality. Exhibit a passion for technology and its application in solving business challenges.
