Participate in daily Scrum and provide updates. Manage and optimize the Agility infrastructure. Implement and maintain measures to protect organizational data assets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure administrative support is provided. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues. Lead initiatives to integrate AI-driven solutions for enhanced system efficiency. Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance. Mentor junior IT staff and provide guidance on best practices. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for IT systems and processes. Participate in agile project management to support IT infrastructure projects. Continuously research and adopt emerging technologies to improve system operations. Skills Requirements: Combined experience using: Agility, PowerApps and SharePoint development. 5+ years of experience on an Agile development team *** Selected candidate must reside within two (2) hours of SSA Headquarters in Woodlawn, MD *** Selected candidate must be open to work on-site at least 2 days a week.
