We are looking for Workday Time Tracking Lead with 10+ years of experience and local to MA, Workday Time Tracking Lead Worcester, MA - Hybrid. 6+ months Locals preferred 10+ yrs only Must-have skills for this role: 1. Workday Time Tracking certification is mandatory Years of experience required for each skill: 2 to 3 projects as lead TT consultant, government experience a bonus, public safety experience a bonus, K12 experience a bonus. Primary job duties/responsibilities: Workday Time Tracking Lead for government entity including K12 school district. Lead will need to understand requirements and configure Workday accordingly, troubleshoot issues, provide client facing solutions and communications on a regular basis (daily); Work with other clients consultants and client personnel in support of cross functional solutions, integrations, reports, data. Provide status to PMO. Nice-to-have skills: 1. Workday Payroll 2. Workday Absence Is industry experience needed for this role and why Yes, it is preferred but will consider other complex client experience. City (public safety and K12). Is it necessary for resources to be certified Yes (Workday time tracking) Is it necessary for the resources to maintain their certification active Yes, cannot complete work w/o certification.
